Job Title
Quantity Surveyor (Intermediate) – Dublin at a Multidisciplinary engineering consultancy.
We are recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor (Intermediate) for numerous projects across Ireland. The role would particularly suit a Quantity Surveyor who has worked on Civil Engineering projects.
Accountabilities
- Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation.
- Process variation orders / claims as required.
- Procure the services of contractors and/or subcontractors.
- Measure and value the work done on each site.
- Complete progress reports.
- Liaise with the client and other construction professionals, such as site managers, project managers and site engineers.

Job Requirements
- A degree in Quantity Surveying.
- Have 3+ years’ experience in a similar role in Ireland.
- Knowledge of Civil Engineering construction techniques.
- Experience with Public Works Contracts.
- Have knowledge and experience of current forms of contracts, and TII MoM Standards.
