Quantity Surveyor - Heathrow / South Wales
Bennett & Game Recruitment are proud to be working in partnership with a well-established and highly regarded structural steel specialist, delivering complex projects across aviation, rail, infrastructure, and bespoke developments throughout the UK and internationally.
From major works at Heathrow Airport and regional projects at Bristol Airport, to national rail upgrades and unique builds such as specialist architectural structures, our client has built a strong reputation for quality, precision, and delivery.
Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their team on projects based around Heathrow.
Role Overview
This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially astute Quantity Surveyor to take ownership of key workstreams, contributing directly to project profitability, performance, and continuous improvement. The role offers a hands-on, collaborative environment where you'll see the tangible impact of your work across high-profile projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage valuations, variations, and applications for payment
- Lead commercial reporting, forecasting, and CVRs
- Support procurement activities, tendering, and subcontractor management
- Ensure accuracy in cost control and commercial processes
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders

Requirements
- Previous experience in a Quantity Surveyor role within construction or structural steel
- Strong commercial awareness and analytical capability
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
