Our Client
Our client is a fast-growing B2B SaaS platform transforming how construction companies manage subcontractor payment claims and commercial accounts. Built by construction professionals for construction teams, the platform replaces a fragmented mix of spreadsheets, email chains and disconnected systems with a single cloud-based environment.
The business is already trusted by major construction and property clients, with 600+ weekly active users across Ireland, the UK, Sweden, Portugal and Germany. It is ISO 27001 certified and backed by a leading enterprise development agency. The company was founded by experienced professionals with deep construction, commercial and technology backgrounds.
The Opportunity
Our client’s existing Customer Success team is strong, but it currently lacks deep construction commercial knowledge. Complex commercial queries from clients are currently escalated internally, creating a bottleneck. This hire will change that.
As QS / Customer Success Specialist, you will be the person our client’s customers turn to for commercial expertise, ensuring they get maximum value from the platform.
You will bring deep construction knowledge and apply it in a completely new context: a growing, multi-country SaaS business at an exciting stage of scale.
This is not a traditional QS role. It sits at the intersection of construction expertise, client relationship management and product development. You will work directly with the founding team and have a genuine opportunity to influence both the product roadmap and the direction of the business.
This role will be remote, but candidates must be based in or around London, as regular client meetings and site visits will be required across London and the wider UK area.
The ideal profile is a QS or commercially minded construction professional who is ready to move into a SaaS/start-up environment while still leveraging their construction and commercial expertise. If you have been thinking about making that move, this role was designed for you.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
