Looking for your next move in civil engineering?
I'm working with a well-established infrastructure contractor that's looking to add a commercially minded Quantity Surveyor to its growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business with a strong pipeline of secured work across major infrastructure projects, offering long-term career development and the chance to make a real impact.
The Role
- Manage project costs from tender through to final account.
- Prepare valuations, cost reports and forecasts.
- Monitor budgets, commercial risks and project performance.
- Procure and manage subcontractors.
- Administer contracts and ensure compliance with commercial processes.
- Build strong working relationships with clients, project teams and subcontractors.

What We're Looking For
- Experience as a Quantity Surveyor within civil engineering, construction or infrastructure.
- Good commercial awareness and cost management skills.
- Knowledge of NEC contracts is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities.
