Are you ready to tackle new challenges in a dynamic environment? A leading company in the Facilities Management sector is hiring a Quantity Surveyor in Surrey. This role offers the chance to work on impactful projects and contribute to the success of the organisation.

The Role

As The Quantity Surveyor, You’ll

  • Manage project budgets and ensure financial control throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with project teams to provide accurate cost estimates and forecasts.
  • Monitor and report on project financial performance and variances.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement cost-saving strategies.
  • Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to negotiate costs and ensure quality delivery.

To be successful in the role of Quantity Surveyor, you’ll bring:

  • Proven experience in quantity surveying within the construction or facilities management sectors.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools for cost estimation and project management.
