Quantity Surveyor
Senior Quantity Surveyor Location: Kouvola, Finland Salary: £85,000 - £100,000 + 20% Overseas Uplift + Tax-Free Daily Allowance Rotation: 10 Weeks On / 4 Weeks Off or 11 Weeks On / 3 Weeks Off
An award-winning Tier 1 MEP Contractor is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a flagship £100M–£130M MEP project in Kouvola, Finland.
This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the leading building services contractors, delivering a major mission-critical project while benefiting from an attractive overseas package, structured rotation and genuine long-term career progression.
The Role Working as part of the commercial team, you will be responsible for the commercial management of mechanical and electrical packages from procurement through to final account.
Key responsibilities include: Managing subcontractor procurement, payments and final accounts. Preparing and reviewing valuations, variations and cost reports. Producing CVRs, forecasts and commercial reports. Administering NEC and JCT contracts where applicable. Managing change control and commercial risk. Working closely with project delivery teams to maximise project performance. Building strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and internal stakeholders.

We are keen to speak with Quantity Surveyors who have: Experience working for an MEP, Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Contractor. Experience delivering commercial aspects of major construction projects. Strong knowledge of subcontract management, valuations, variations and cost reporting. Excellent commercial awareness and communication skills.
Package £85,000 - £100,000 Basic Salary 20% Overseas Salary Uplift £50 per day Tax-Free In-Country Allowance Accommodation Provided Company Car Rotation: 10 Weeks On / 4 Weeks Off or 11 Weeks On / 3 Weeks Off 25 Days Annual Leave + Bank Holidays Travel Paid Private Healthcare Company Pension Visa Sponsorship Available for UK Nationals (EU Passport Advantageous)
