An experienced Quantity Surveyor is required within a national energy infrastructure organisation responsible for transporting and maintaining the essential networks that keep Britain moving. Their work ensures secure energy supply for homes, businesses, and industry, while supporting the transition toward net zero.
In this role, you’ll:
- Manage a portfolio of NEC contracts
- Provide clear commercial insight across a range of projects—from control system upgrades and asset decommissioning to new builds and hydrogen transition work
- Lead end-to-end contract administration, including payment processes, early warnings, compensation events, and change control
- Oversee forecasting, risk management, and supply-chain performance
- Support procurement activity, tender evaluations, and negotiations
- Work closely with the Commercial Manager to ensure strong compliance, value for money, and successful delivery
