Chartered Quantity Surveyor – Estates and Projects Team
About the Role
An exciting opportunity exists for a highly experienced Chartered Quantity Surveyor to join a leading London-based organisation with a large and complex property portfolio.
As part of the Estates and Projects team, you will:
- Provide commercial oversight and cost management for capital projects, refurbishments, and maintenance works
- Lead project delivery with strong cost control, risk management, and programme coordination
- Manage technical staff and act as a key liaison between contractors, consultants, and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements

About You
The successful candidate must meet the following criteria:
- Proven successful delivery of Quantity Surveying responsibilities in a high-profile role
- RICS-accredited degree and MRICS Chartered status are essential
- Extensive experience in a large organisation, consultancy, or contractor environment is a must
- Strong background in capital project delivery and project budget management
- Key competencies:
- Commercial acumen and analytical skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities
- Exceptional communication and reporting capabilities
