Quantity Surveyor

Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor ready to play a key role in the growth of an exciting new regional operation?
Pettigrew Recruitment Group is delighted to be supporting the appointment of a Quantity Surveyor to join a growing residential construction business in Aberdeen. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a newly established regional team, working from a flagship development that will serve as the operational hub for years to come.
The Role:
This is more than just another Quantity Surveying role. As the business continues to expand, you'll have the opportunity to take real ownership of the commercial function, working closely with senior leadership while helping shape the success of multiple future developments across the region.
We're keen to speak with commercially minded Quantity Surveyors from a range of backgrounds, including housebuilding, commercial construction or civil engineering. If you're looking to move into the residential sector, you'll benefit from a supportive environment with ongoing mentoring and professional development to help you make a successful transition.

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience working as a Quantity Surveyor within construction.
- Confidence in managing commercial responsibilities across projects.
- Strong communication skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues, subcontractors, and suppliers.
