Your Role As a Quantity Surveyor Will Include
- Manage the commercial performance of construction projects, including cost control, forecasting, and risk management.
- Prepare and agree monthly valuations, applications for payment, and final accounts.
- Administer NEC and/or JCT contracts, including notices, compensation events, and change control procedures.
- Price, negotiate, and agree variations with clients and stakeholders.

The Successful Quantity Surveyor Will Need
- Experience as a Quantity Surveyor within construction or similar
- UK driving license
- Commutable around Chessington
