Managing projects of various sizes ensuring clear and accurate budgets are produced. Skilled at developing effective business relationships, collaborating with both clients and internal departments to ensure the contract is completed within its projected budget. Know and understand customer needs and consider customer impact during all stages of your work. Key Responsibilities Understanding and adherence to MSF’s commercial strategy. Manage projects of varying sizes Ensure clear and accurate budgets are set at tender award and then monthly per project via Elite Procurement of works to meet and exceed programme and ideally tender budgets. Preparation of sub-contract documents Management of client and subcontractor accounts Weekly review and analysis of programme, progress and cost monitoring. Change control management. Risk & opportunity management. Financial monitoring, reporting and liaising with the project team. Development and Agreement of Project Forecasts with Operational teams Detailed commercial analysis of various outputs. Commercial support on tenders. Submission of monthly application for payment Consider and value the diverse needs of customers at all stages of your work processes. Following MSF approved work procedures Candidate profile A methodical thinker Skilled at prioritising effectively, and able to deal with multiple responsibilities and deadlines A fluent communicator and able to build legacy relationships with people at all levels Detail orientated, identifying and resolving opportunities for improvement Excellent at managing your time efficiently Proficient in Microsoft Office Degree qualified in quantity surveying, or commercial management accredited A confident collaborator The company We are entering a period of significant growth and are seeking likeminded people who aspire to grow with us and be part of our exciting journey.
