Quantity Surveyor – Housebuilding

We're recruiting on behalf of a highly respected residential developer with an outstanding reputation for delivering high-quality homes across Northern Ireland. Due to continued growth, they are looking to add a Quantity Surveyor to their commercial team.

The Role
Working as part of an experienced commercial team, you'll be responsible for the financial management of multiple residential developments from pre-construction through to final account.

- Managing project costs and budgets throughout the build programme.
- Procurement and management of subcontractor packages.
- Preparing valuations, variations, and final accounts.
- Cost reporting and forecasting.
- Identifying commercial risks and opportunities.
- Working closely with site teams, technical departments, and senior management to ensure projects are delivered successfully.
- Supporting the delivery of high-quality developments on time and within budget.
About You
We're keen to speak with candidates who have:
- Experience as a Quantity Surveyor within housebuilding or residential construction.
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
- The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive, organised approach and strong attention to detail.
- A relevant construction or Quantity Surveying qualification.
