Quantity Surveyor
Quantity Surveyor | Civil Engineering | Infrastructure | Heavy Civils
Location: Brigg
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 + Package
NEOS Engineering are recruiting for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a growing civil engineering contractor delivering infrastructure and heavy civils projects across the region.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially strong Quantity Surveyor with a background in civil engineering, infrastructure, highways, drainage, earthworks or utilities to join a busy commercial team with long-term project work and genuine progression opportunities.
The Role
- Commercial management of civil engineering and infrastructure projects
- Preparing valuations, applications for payment and final accounts
- Managing subcontractor accounts, variations and payments
- Monitoring project costs, budgets and forecasting
- Identifying and managing commercial risks
- Supporting operational teams with commercial guidance
- Managing change control and contractual matters
- Producing commercial reports for senior management
- Working closely with project delivery and site teams throughout the project lifecycle

The Candidate
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor within civil engineering
- Strong background in heavy civils or infrastructure projects
- Experience across highways, drainage, earthworks, utilities or RC structures preferred
- Good understanding of NEC and/or JCT contracts
- Strong commercial and contractual awareness
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
