Quantity Surveyor £65,000 - £75,000 + Car Allowance + Hybrid + Mon - Fri + Company Benefits Bristol Are you a Quantity Surveyor or similar with a background in Construction, looking to join a specialist roofing/cladding company who give you the opportunity to work on an variety of lucrative projects, offer a company bonus and a car allowance to significantly boost your earnings? On offer is the opportunity to join a company in a highly autonomous role, they provide roofing and cladding solutions to a range of blue-chip clients across the South West, they have just taken on another lucrative contract which will give the company a substantial workload for the next 5 years. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and monitoring all costings for the full range of projects within the company, you'll ensure applications for payment are sound, complete valuations, review contracts and warranties, identify any risks and prepare project cashflow as well as source and manage the scope of works / procurement of contractors. This role would suit a Quantity Surveyor or similar with a Construction background, looking to join a company who values their workforce, allowing full autonomy to run the projects and the team beneath you, as well as rewarding you with company bonuses and a car allowance.
