We now seek a Quantity Surveyor to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis.

The Role
As a Quantity Surveyor, you’ll take ownership of the commercial management of our projects, ensuring robust financial control and compliance from start to finish.
Reporting to the Commercial Manager for the project, you’ll oversee a range of financial elements, from preparing and reviewing cost plans and tender documentation to evaluating change events and managing risk.
Working closely with clients, subcontractors, and project teams, you’ll ensure commercial objectives are achieved, budgets are maintained, and JCT contracts are administered effectively.
Additionally, you will:
- Lead on cost forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis
- Manage subcontractor procurement, payments, and performance
- Produce monthly valuations and maintain the risk and opportunity registers
- Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

About You
To be considered as a Quantity Surveyor, you will have:
- A minimum of four years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally with a main contractor
- A background in the prime residential sector and structural experience is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of JCT contract forms
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
- A degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
