We're Hiring | Quantity Surveyor | NWI Ltd | Euxton, Lancashire
Due to continued growth, we're creating a brand-new position within our Major Works and Projects team.
Since launching in 2016, NWI Ltd has grown from a small family business into a nationwide contractor delivering projects across multiple sectors. As our business continues to expand, we're looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to work alongside our Commercial Director and help shape the next stage of our growth.
This is more than a traditional QS role. We're looking for someone who wants to contribute ideas, influence the way we work, build strong client relationships and become a key part of our commercial team.
The Role
Working closely with our Commercial Director, you'll be involved in:
- Pricing tenders and major works projects
- Managing variations and valuations
- Contract reviews
- Building and maintaining client relationships
- Site visits where required
- Identifying and securing new tender opportunities
- Monitoring project profitability and commercial performance
- Supporting business growth through proactive commercial management

What We're Looking For
We're seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor who:
- Has a strong commercial background within construction
- Is confident working independently
- Can build excellent relationships with clients and colleagues
- Enjoys solving problems and improving processes
- Brings fresh ideas rather than simply following established ways of working
- Wants to grow with a business where their contribution genuinely matters

- Salary up to £45,000, depending on experience

Location
Our office is based in Euxton, Lancashire, approximately:
- 10 minutes from the M6
- 10 minutes from the M61
- 20 minutes from the M58
