What You'll Be Doing
- Managing valuations, cost reporting, forecasts and applications for payment
- Monitoring project budgets, variations and commercial performance
- Supporting procurement and subcontractor management
- Administering JCT contracts and assisting with final accounts
- Working closely with project, design, and site teams to drive commercial success
- Building strong relationships with clients, consultants and suppliers

General Experience Required
- Proven QS experience within main contractor in the high-end fit out sector
- Strong knowledge of JCT contracts
- Experience with valuations, variations and cost control
- Excellent communication, negotiation and organisational skills
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
- Commercially aware, proactive and detail-focused
- Essex based preferred
