An exciting opportunity for the above to join a multi-disciplinary property development, design and project management consultancy team working on a wide range of exciting building projects in commercial, domestic, educational, and leisure settings.

We are looking for the ideal candidate to provide professional quantity surveying services within our commercial, domestic, educational, and leisure projects. As a quantity surveyor, the successful candidate will carry out:

  • Feasibility studies for clients
  • Contract administration including the preparation of contracts (JCT/NEC4)
  • Monthly valuations
  • Final account preparation
  • Change control where required
