Quantity Surveyor

About the Company

Currently hiring for a number of Quantity Surveyor (QS) roles for our client based within the M25 area. Our client specialises in large-scale industrial builds.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the project team achieve or exceed budgeted targets
  • Price and effectively agree project variations
  • Complete CVR reports, ensuring they accurately reflect the current position on site and the final profit projection
  • Manage and minimise non-recoverable costs on projects
  • Comply with company SHEQ policies
  • Develop and manage junior surveying staff
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely delivery

Qualifications

  • HND or Degree in Quantity Surveying
  • 5 years of relevant work experience in a QS role
  • Valid driving licence
