Quantity Surveyor
About the Company
Currently hiring for a number of Quantity Surveyor (QS) roles for our client based within the M25 area. Our client specialises in large-scale industrial builds.

Responsibilities
- Ensure the project team achieve or exceed budgeted targets
- Price and effectively agree project variations
- Complete CVR reports, ensuring they accurately reflect the current position on site and the final profit projection
- Manage and minimise non-recoverable costs on projects
- Comply with company SHEQ policies
- Develop and manage junior surveying staff
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely delivery

Qualifications
- HND or Degree in Quantity Surveying
- 5 years of relevant work experience in a QS role
- Valid driving licence

Required Skills
- Strong software knowledge
- Knowledge of JCT/NEC
- Understanding of contract law
- Excellent communication abilities
- Negotiation skills
