We're looking for commercially driven Quantity Surveyors to join a growing major projects team delivering nationally significant infrastructure programmes across Scotland.
This isn’t a role where you’ll be lost in a commercial department of 100 people. You’ll be trusted to:
- Make decisions
- Influence project outcomes
- Play a key role in delivering complex civil engineering and infrastructure projects from procurement through to final account

Responsibilities
- Managing the commercial delivery of major infrastructure projects
- Procuring and managing subcontract packages
- Preparing valuations, CVRs (Construction Cost Review), and cost forecasts
- Administering NEC contracts and managing change
- Building strong relationships with operational teams, clients, and supply chain partners
- Identifying commercial opportunities whilst protecting project profitability
Requirements & Skills
We're looking for:
- Experience in Quantity Surveying within infrastructure or civil engineering
- Expertise with NEC contracts
- Experience in procurement and subcontract management
- Cost reporting, valuations, and final account preparation
- Ability to work alongside project delivery teams
- Strength in building long-term client relationships
