Our client is a leading civil engineering contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality infrastructure projects across Scotland. Specialising in roads, drainage, utilities, and groundworks, they pride themselves on innovation, safety, and excellence in project delivery.
The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join the team in Glasgow. You will play a key role in managing costs, contracts, and commercial performance on a range of civil engineering projects. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dynamic contractor on challenging and rewarding schemes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost reports
- Measure and value works, including variations
- Negotiate and manage subcontractor accounts
- Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions
- Provide commercial support to project teams
- Assist with tendering and procurement processes
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within civil engineering or infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of NEC contracts
- Excellent commercial and financial acumen
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
