Assistant Quantity Surveyor or Quantity Surveyor – Civil Engineering packages
PERMANENT Salary £35,000 - £55,000 + Package
HYBRID WORKING - Sites, office and home
Training - Development - Project ownership & authority
Assistant Quantity Surveyor or Quantity Surveyor needed to manage the cost controls and cost reporting on between 1-3 civil engineering projects, each valued at circa £1m - £6m
Quantity Surveyor should be willing to learn and develop themselves whilst putting their existing skills on display to manage workload and responsibilities. A mixture of site based, home and office working
Sites are Midlands based utilising the M42, M5, M69, M1 and M6 Corridors

Reporting to Commercial Director
Working for a very established business with a healthy order book and forward works
All clients are large blue chip construction organisations and local authorities
Duties:
- Project Commercial Management
- Cost reporting
- Cash flow monitoring - of projects
- On site measurement, valuations and variations
- Building client relationships
- Monthly cost value reconciliations
- Final account preparations
- Negotiating

Rewards
Salary to suit experience level – circa up to £35,000 - £55,000 + car package, Pension, Holidays, etc
