We’re Hiring: Quantity Surveyor
Are you a Quantity Surveyor who thrives on delivering projects on time and on budget? Are you commercially savvy, confident managing costs, and good at nurturing positive working relationships with clients, colleagues, and subcontractors? If so, we’d love to hear from you!
Capstone Construction Scotland Ltd are an Inverness-based construction company who specialise in new build housing projects but also complete a range of both domestic and commercial new build and refurbishment projects throughout the Highlands and Moray.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing project costs from pre-construction through to final account
- Preparing valuations, variations, and cost reports
- Working closely with site teams, clients, and subcontractors
- Helping drive commercial success across live and completed projects

What we’re ideally looking for:
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within a contracting environment, or an Assistant QS ready to take that next step
- Strong commercial and contractual knowledge
- Confident communicator, with a proactive mindset
- Great team player who creates positive working relationships
- Degree-qualified (or equivalent experience)
