Quantity Surveyor – Data Centre Projects | Europe
£80,000–£100,000 + Accommodation + Living Allowance + Flights
Location: Multiple locations across Europe
Salter Grange is recruiting on behalf of a leading international engineering contractor delivering some of Europe's largest hyperscale data centre and mission-critical projects.
We're looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a major project team, supporting the commercial delivery of complex MEP and Data Centre developments across Europe.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on landmark projects with a strong pipeline of future work.
Quantity Surveyor Responsibilities
- Manage project costs from procurement through to final account.
- Prepare valuations, variations and commercial reporting.
- Administer contracts and subcontractor accounts.
- Support procurement and package management.
- Monitor project budgets, forecasts and cost reporting.
- Work closely with Project Managers, Commercial Managers and site delivery teams.
- Identify commercial risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and contract compliance.

Quantity Surveyor Requirements
- Experience as a Quantity Surveyor, Project Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor.
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related commercial discipline.
- Previous experience on major construction, MEP, Data Centre, mission-critical, industrial or infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of contract administration, valuations, variations and cost control.
- Excellent commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work across project locations in Europe.
