The Company
My client are a Specialist Façade Contractor who also operate as a Principle Contractor. They operate nationwide, serving both commercial and domestic sector working closely with architects, building owners, and contractors. The Directors remain actively engaged in projects, providing strategic guidance. HQ based in Kent.

My client are currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team.
- The role will be a mixture of office, site and home working (x1 day from home)
- Ability to manage subcontractor accounts, variations, and final accounts
- Confident with Main Contract administration; valuations, variations & final account
- Experience providing cost reporting and forecasting
- Knowledge of procurement, cost control & JCT Contracts
- Excellent commercial acumen and communications skills
- Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or related discipline (preferred)
- Façade remediation / recladding / drylining experience required
