Quantity Surveyor Opportunity in Scotland
New Role: As a Quantity Surveyor, you will support project delivery from initial stages through to completion, assisting with:
- Cost planning
- Procurement
- Valuations
- Final accounts

Your New Role
- Support all stages of project delivery
- Work with construction processes and standard contract forms

What You'll Need To Succeed
- Experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Assistant QS in:
- Consultancy environment
- Main contracting environment
- Strong understanding of construction processes and contract standards
- Required: Detail-oriented, motivated, career-driven
- Must possess:
- Robust communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams
- Desirable:
- Relevant degree (e.g., construction, surveying, or quantity surveying)
- Progress towards professional accreditation (e.g., RICS chartership)
