Quantity Surveyor | Glasgow

Quantity Surveyor Opportunity in Scotland

New Role: As a Quantity Surveyor, you will support project delivery from initial stages through to completion, assisting with:

  • Cost planning
  • Procurement
  • Valuations
  • Final accounts

Requirement to collaborate closely with senior team members and stakeholders.

Your New Role

  • Support all stages of project delivery
  • Work with construction processes and standard contract forms
  • Develop commercial and technical expertise through diverse projects

What You'll Need To Succeed

  • Experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Assistant QS in:
    • Consultancy environment
    • Main contracting environment
  • Strong understanding of construction processes and contract standards
  • Required: Detail-oriented, motivated, career-driven
  • Must possess:
    • Robust communication skills
    • Ability to work collaboratively across teams
  • Desirable:
    • Relevant degree (e.g., construction, surveying, or quantity surveying)
    • Progress towards professional accreditation (e.g., RICS chartership)
