In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Producing accurate, value-engineered cost estimates
  • Managing tenders from initial enquiry through to contract award
  • Liaising closely with clients, suppliers, and colleagues to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Playing a key role in pricing works, negotiating terms, and ensuring a seamless handover to operations for successful project execution

The Role

  • Produce accurate, competitive estimates and assess tender risks/opportunities
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and teams
  • Lead a team and train others
  • Visit the projects in Baker Street and Twickenham
  • Work with the Estimators to produce tenders

The Person

  • Proven Quantity Surveying experience
  • Worked within groundworks, basements, or civil engineering or similar
  • Based in Isleworth, South West London or commutable distance
