In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Producing accurate, value-engineered cost estimates
- Managing tenders from initial enquiry through to contract award
- Liaising closely with clients, suppliers, and colleagues to ensure smooth project delivery
- Playing a key role in pricing works, negotiating terms, and ensuring a seamless handover to operations for successful project execution

The Role
- Produce accurate, competitive estimates and assess tender risks/opportunities
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and teams
- Lead a team and train others
- Visit the projects in Baker Street and Twickenham
- Work with the Estimators to produce tenders

The Person
- Proven Quantity Surveying experience
- Worked within groundworks, basements, or civil engineering or similar
- Based in Isleworth, South West London or commutable distance
