Quantity Surveyor | Cost Consultant

Location: London (Hybrid Working – 2/3 Days in the Office)
Salary: Up to £65,000 DOE + Annual Bonus + Excellent Benefits

Are you a Quantity Surveyor looking for your next opportunity within a leading Construction Consultancy?

Whether you're recently qualified, working towards your APC, or already an experienced Cost Consultant, this is an excellent opportunity to join a growing consultancy that is delivering some of the UK's most exciting developments.

Due to continued growth and a strong project pipeline, we're looking to speak with ambitious Quantity Surveyors who are passionate about delivering high-quality cost management services and want genuine career progression.

The Quantity Surveyor

You'll become part of a collaborative Quantity Surveying team, delivering projects from inception through to completion across a diverse range of sectors including:

  • Commercial Offices
  • Residential & Mixed-Use
  • Healthcare
  • Education
  • Life Sciences
  • Industrial & Logistics
  • Public Sector

This role offers exposure to both pre-contract and post-contract Quantity Surveying, giving you the opportunity to develop into a well-rounded Cost Consultant.

  • Final Accounts
  • Client & Stakeholder Management
  • Risk & Value Management
  • Supporting successful project delivery from inception to completion

About You

We're keen to speak with candidates who have experience as a:

  • Quantity Surveyor
  • Project Quantity Surveyor
  • Cost Consultant
  • Cost Manager
  • Assistant Quantity Surveyor ready for the next step
  • Senior Quantity Surveyor (depending on salary expectations)

You'll ideally have:

  • Experience within a Construction Consultancy
  • Strong understanding of Cost Management
  • Knowledge of JCT Contracts
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
  • MRICS qualified or currently working towards APC (desirable but not essential)
