Quantity Surveyor (Luxury & Heritage Projects)
£65,000 - £75,000 + Company Bonus + Training & Development + Progression + Travel Allowance + Company Benefits
Croydon - London travel required
Are you a Quantity Surveyor looking to work on some of the UK's most prestigious luxury and heritage projects, where you'll take ownership of high-value contracts while receiving specialist training and opportunities to progress your career?
This is a multiple award-winning specialist decorative plasterwork contractor delivering exceptional interior finishes on some of the UK's most prestigious projects. Working closely with leading architects, interior designers and main contractors, they produce bespoke, high-quality craftsmanship for royal palaces, luxury private residences, five-star hotels and high-end commercial developments. Established for over 300 years, the business has maintained an uncompromising commitment to quality, heritage and innovation, and is widely recognised as one of the most respected names in the industry.
In this role, you'll take full responsibility for the commercial and operational delivery of specialist interior projects from order through to final account. Working closely with clients, site teams, subcontractors and the workshop, you'll ensure projects are delivered on programme, within budget and high standards. You'll oversee valuations, variations, cost control and project reporting while building long-term client relationships across a portfolio of prestigious projects.

This role would suit a Quantity Surveyor looking to move into the luxury and heritage sector who wants greater project ownership, specialist training and long-term career progression.
The Role:
- Deliver luxury residential, commercial and heritage projects valued between £100k and £1.5m
- Manage the commercial and operational delivery of projects from order to final account
- Prepare valuations, variations, invoicing and cost reporting using Excel
- Coordinate subcontractors, programmes and project delivery to ensure quality, budget and deadlines are achieved
- Build strong relationships with clients, consultants and site teams
- Receive ongoing specialist training and development, including SMSTS
The Person:
- Experience as a Quantity Surveyor within commercial construction
- Strong commercial awareness and experience using Excel
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Commutable to Croydon
