Quantity Surveyor – Mechanical (All Levels) - Graduate | Intermediate | Senior

Sale Group is seeking Quantity Surveyors at all levels (Graduate, Intermediate, and Senior) to take full financial control of multiple high-value commercial fit-out projects, with a strong focus on Mechanical and Building Services installations.
Reporting directly to the Directors, you will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest commercial and quality standards. You will work closely with project managers, site teams, and clients to drive profitability and commercial success.
About You
- Proven track record as a Quantity Surveyor within the commercial fit-out sector, with significant exposure to Mechanical installations.
- We welcome applications from Graduate, Intermediate, and Senior Quantity Surveyors.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook, with strong capability in cost reporting, budget forecasting, and financial management.
- Solid understanding of contract administration, valuation preparation, variation management, and final account settlement.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate budget estimates, cost plans, and cash flow forecasts.
- Administer contracts, issue timely notices, and evaluate tender submissions.
- Manage monthly valuations, variations, and final accounts with clients and contractors.
- Procure supplier and sub-contractor packages to achieve best value and programme targets.
- Manage sub-contractor accounts, including payment certifications and dispute resolution.
- Represent Sale Group professionally in client and commercial meetings, building strong relationships while protecting commercial interests.
