Permanent Role: Quantity Surveyor

Up to £60,000 p.a plus benefits
Car Allowance / Company Car

CAREER OPPORTUNITY – SALARY UP TO £60K, BICESTER BASED, QUANTITY SURVEYOR, MULTIPLE PROJECTS, CAREER PROGRESSION, POTENTIAL OF HYBRID WORKING.

An opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join Bicester based Residential Groundworks Business to operate within their commercial team. The client with an annual turnover of £20m is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team to help expand the business as they have multiple projects currently ongoing as well as at tendering stages.

Duties:

  • Optimising contract profitability
  • Provide quotations to clients for variations
  • Comprehensive understanding of Residential Groundworks
  • Accurate monthly cost and value reports
  • All other daily tasks performed by a Quantity Surveyor

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Quantity Surveyor in residential groundworks
  • Time management skills and meeting deadlines
  • Experience in value engineering
  • Proficient in all Microsoft packages e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint
