Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking for your next contract opportunity? A leading organisation within the construction and facilities sector is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to support a confidential client on a portfolio of projects across the Midlands, South West and Yorkshire.

Offering a predominantly remote working arrangement, this role provides the opportunity to take ownership of commercial delivery on multiple construction projects while working alongside an experienced project team.
The Role As The Quantity Surveyor, You'll
- Manage the commercial aspects of multiple construction projects from tender through to completion.
- Lead tender reviews and ensure competitive, commercially sound submissions.
- Monitor project costs, forecasts and budgets, identifying opportunities for cost savings and risk mitigation.
- Administer contracts using NEC3 and NEC4 frameworks.
- Work closely with project managers, suppliers and stakeholders to ensure commercial objectives are achieved.
- Produce accurate financial reports, valuations and cost updates throughout the project lifecycle.

Required
- Support projects across the Midlands, South West and Yorkshire, with occasional site visits as required.
To be successful in the role of Quantity Surveyor, you'll bring:
- Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction sector.
- Experience working on modular construction projects would be highly advantageous.
- Strong understanding of tendering, commercial management and cost control.
- Proven experience administering NEC3 and NEC4 contracts.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel approximately twice per month.
