Quantity Surveyor | Main Contractor | South East London
Ready to take the next step in your Quantity Surveying career?
We're working exclusively with a long-established, financially secure Main Contractor delivering refurbishment, fit-out and framework projects across London and the South East.
Due to continued growth and an evolving commercial team, they're looking to appoint an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to work alongside an experienced Commercial Manager and play a key role in the delivery of a diverse portfolio of projects.
The Role
You'll be involved in the full commercial lifecycle of multiple projects, including:
- Preparing CVRs (Contractually Valued Reports) and cost reports
- Managing valuations and variations
- Commercial reporting and subcontract management
- Working on JCT contracts and framework agreements
- Visiting sites across London while supporting project delivery from the South East London office

Projects range from commercial fit-outs, education, heritage, and retail refurbishment schemes through to public sector framework works, typically valued between £100k and £2.5m.
What We're Looking For
- Degree-qualified Quantity Surveyor
- Experience level: Assistant QS with post-2–3 years and upwards
- Main contractor experience preferred (consultancy candidates with strong contracting exposure will also be considered)
- Experience with CVRs, valuations, variations, and cost reporting
- Strong commercial awareness with excellent attention to detail
- Ambitious, accountable, and keen to progress within a supportive commercial team
