Location: Belfast, initially Citylink Business Park Salary: £39,496-£46,079pa Job Reference: QS/0726
About the Role
The Quantity Surveyor manages cost control, budgeting, and financial reporting to ensure projects deliver value for money. They oversee contractual matters, including variations, claims, and final account negotiations. The role supports procurement activities, including preparing and evaluating tenders in line with approved contract frameworks. Working collaboratively with stakeholders, they provide expert advice and help ensure successful project delivery.
Essential Criteria
- Degree in Quantity Surveying
- Working towards Full Professional Membership of RICS
- At least 3 years’ Quantity Surveying experience
- Experience in maintenance/project cost management/Delivering on budget
- Experience of NEC Contracts
- UK driving licence and access to car
