We are currently looking to connect with Quantity Surveying professionals across the UK and would love to hear from you. We welcome expressions of interest from individuals at all stages of their careers, from Graduates through to Associate Quantity Surveyors.

Responsibilities

  • Provide professional quantity surveying duties including cost planning, preparation of tender documentation and contract documentation.
  • Grow and/or maintain client relationships.
  • Undertake on-site valuations, interim payment applications, and preparation of Bills of Quantities.
  • Prepare and submit relevant administration in a timely and accurate manner.

Requirements

  • Open to levels from recent graduates to senior director levels.
  • RICS registration (or working towards) is desirable but not essential.
  • Relevant degree in Architecture or a related built environment discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
