The Role

We are seeking a Cost & Commercial professional with a traditional cost and commercial foundation, who is motivated to be part of the next phase of infrastructure delivery.

This role is grounded in core commercial and cost management activities, but is designed for someone who is curious, forward-thinking and keen to help modernise how commercial services are delivered through better use of data, systems and technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting cost management activities including forecasting, reporting and change control
  • Assisting with commercial management and contract administration, primarily under NEC contracts
  • Supporting procurement activities, tender evaluations and contract documentation
  • Producing accurate, timely commercial reports for project and client teams
  • Using digital tools and data to improve cost visibility, reporting quality and commercial insight
  • Contributing ideas and approaches that challenge traditional ways of working

About You

  • Background or strong grounding in cost management, commercial management or quantity surveying within infrastructure, construction, energy or utilities
  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience
  • Understanding of infrastructure delivery environments, ideally T&D, renewables or civils
  • Interest in how digital tools, automation and AI can enhance commercial performance
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and a collaborative mindset
