We're looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join our Thames Water Framework team working on work being carried out at Little Marlow, Buckinghamshire. Location: Working from home with travel to site at Little Marlow and across the northern Thames Valley region Hours: 45 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us. We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role As a Quantity Surveyor, you'll play a vital role in our commercial team, ensuring the contractual control and cost management of our Water Framework projects. Working collaboratively with the project delivery team, you'll manage commercial aspects from pre-construction through to final account negotiations, creating positive outcomes for all stakeholders. What will you be responsible for? As a Quantity Surveyor, you'll be working within the commercial team, supporting them in delivering effective financial management. Your day to day will include:
