About the Role

The successful candidate will work alongside experienced project and commercial teams, managing the financial and contractual aspects of construction projects from pre-construction through to final account.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing project costs and budgets to ensure commercial success.
• Preparing cost plans, valuations, applications for payment, and final accounts.
• Procuring subcontractors and managing tender processes.
• Negotiating subcontract agreements and assessing variations.
• Monitoring project expenditure and producing accurate cost forecasts.
• Identifying and managing commercial risks and opportunities.
• Administering subcontractor accounts and payments.
• Working closely with project managers, site teams, and clients to achieve successful project delivery.
• Maintaining accurate commercial records and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
