This spans Central Government, National Security, Defence, Transport, NHS, Local Government, Education, and Non-Profit Organisations.

You’ll help the UK’s most important public institutions build cybersecurity resilience today and prepare for a quantum-safe future. This is a rare opportunity to own a cross-cutting technology domain at a pivotal moment—where advanced persistent threats demand immediate action, and quantum computing reshapes the cryptographic landscape.

The Role

You’ll own the commercial vision for AWS quantum, cryptography, and security services across all UK Public Sector segments, working at the intersection of enterprise sales, emerging technology, and public sector transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead complex, high-value sales engagements across the entire UK Public Sector, from classified national security environments to NHS trusts, local councils, and educational bodies

  • Develop and execute the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for AWS’s quantum, cryptography, and cybersecurity services, including:

    • Amazon Braket (quantum computing)
    • Post-quantum TLS (quantum-safe encryption)
    • AWS Security Hub (security monitoring & compliance)
    • GuardDuty (threat detection)
    • AWS Key Management Service (KMS)
    • CloudHSM (hardware security modules)
  • Collaborate with senior public sector leaders to position AWS as the platform of choice for:

    • Cybersecurity resilience
    • Quantum-safe transformation
  • Operate with genuine autonomy to:

    • Shape strategy
    • Build pipelines
    • Close high-impact deals

Day-to-Day Duties

Your responsibilities will include:

Sales & Relationship Management

  • Drive revenue growth by leading multi-stakeholder sales engagements from opportunity identification to close across:

    • Central Government
    • Defence & National Security
    • NHS
    • Local Government
    • Education
    • Non-Profit Organisations
    • Navigate classified and unclassified environments
  • Develop a GTM plan for quantum, cryptography, and cybersecurity services, identifying high-impact use cases such as:

    • Threat detection
    • Zero-trust architectures
    • Cryptographic modernisation
    • Post-quantum migration planning
    • Secure patient data
    • Citizen and research data protection

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
