Quotations Administrator (Developer Services)
Location: Raynesway, Derby

Contract: 3-6 Month Fixed-Term Contract (Sickness Cover)

Morson Talent is proud to be recruiting on behalf of Severn Trent for a Quotations Administrator to join their Developer Services team based at Raynesway.
This is an excellent opportunity for an organized administrator with strong attention to detail who enjoys working with data, managing workloads and delivering high levels of accuracy. You'll play a key role in producing quotations for developer customers, ensuring information is processed correctly and within agreed service levels.
This is a non-customer facing role, but you will work closely with internal stakeholders and will become a key point of contact within the team, so the ability to learn quickly and work independently is essential.
The Role
As a Quotations Administrator, you'll be responsible for issuing accurate quotations to small developer customers, maintaining workflow trackers and supporting the team to achieve service level agreements (SLAs). Some days will be fast-paced with high workloads, while others will be quieter, so you'll need to be self-motivated and able to effectively manage your own workload.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
