We're looking for a Quotations Team Leader to join our Holywell site. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong leadership, organisational and customer service skills who thrives in a fast-paced commercial environment.

What You'll Be Doing

As Quotations Team Leader, you'll support the day-to-day management of the Quotations team, ensuring KPIs, quality standards and customer expectations are consistently achieved. Working closely with the Quotations Manager, Area Sales Managers and internal departments, you'll help deliver accurate, competitive quotations while supporting continuous improvement across the team.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading, coaching and supporting the Quotations team.
  • Monitoring team performance and identifying training and development needs.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for quotation-related customer queries and escalations.
  • Working with Area Sales Managers to agree pricing on major projects and non-standard enquiries.
  • Ensuring quotations are accurate, compliant and delivered within agreed timescales.
  • Supporting new product launches, digital systems and process improvements.
  • Providing cover for the Quotations Manager when required.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience leading or supervising a team within a fast-paced customer service, quotations or sales support environment.
  • Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritise multiple workloads.
  • Good commercial awareness and confidence working with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience using Salesforce or CRM systems is advantageous but not essential.
  • A proactive, resilient and hands-on approach with a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
