Gartec is a leading UK manufacturer and installer of passenger, goods, and platform lifts. We're looking for a proactive and organised Aftersales Team Administrator to join our friendly team and help deliver excellent customer service.
The Role
You'll provide administrative support to our busy After-sales department, supporting customers and ensuring our service operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer customer enquiries by phone and email.
- Prepare quotations, assist with invoicing, and provide general administrative support.
- Process service reports, certificates, and customer documentation.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update internal systems.
- Support service managers and engineers with day-to-day administration.
- Liaise with customers and internal teams to ensure a high level of service.

About You
- Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
- Able to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused.
Experience within the lift industry, engineering, facilities management, or service scheduling would be an advantage, but full training will be provided.
