Help us cement our reputation as one of the leading racquet operators in the UK through our state-of-the-art facilities, exceptional indoor and outdoor tennis courts, and all-year-round coaching. Fuel members’ goals, whether they’re new to the game or chasing competitive greatness.
As Racquets Manager, you’ll:
- Lead and manage a team of coaches specialising in Padel, Tennis, and Pickleball
- Oversee the racquets programme, ensuring top-tier member experiences daily
- Foster a thriving, inclusive environment—where your team feels valued and supported
- Cultivate a space for both physical and mental growth, helping members unlock their potential

About You
We’re looking for a Racquets Manager who:
- Holds L3 LTA accreditation or above, or an equivalent national governing body qualification
- Is passionate about health, fitness, and mentoring others to achieve their goals
- Is a natural communicator—collaborative, relatable, and determined to deliver excellence
- Is a self-starter, proud of creating exceptional member experiences
- Believes in continuous growth, personally and professionally
