Racquets Manager

About the Role
We are super proud of our reputation as one of the leading racquet operations in the industry. With our state-of-the-art facilities, including exceptional indoor and outdoor tennis courts, and all-year-round coaching, our members receive the finest experience — whether they're holding a racquet for the first time or demonstrating real promise on the court.
As the Racquets Manager, you will:
- Lead and manage a team of coaches, including Padel, Tennis, and Pickleball professionals.
- Oversee the delivery of the racquets programme across the Club, ensuring an exceptional experience for our members.
- Foster an environment where your team feels a sense of belonging and can thrive, physically and mentally, while fulfilling their full potential.

About You
We are seeking someone who:
- Has an L3 LTA certification or above, or a relevant national governing body qualification.
- Is passionate about health and fitness, with a drive to support others in achieving their goals.
- Possesses great communication and collaboration skills.
- Is a self-starter who takes pride in delivering a high-quality experience for members.
