Radiographer

Radiographer (General) | Band 6 | Brentwood | Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week.

Spire Hartswood Hospital has an exciting opportunity for a General Radiographer to join our experienced and dynamic Imaging team. Working with a wide variety of specialisms, you will be able to develop your clinical skills in a modern and supportive environment. This is a permanent full-time position.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide general imaging for patients within the radiographic department.
  • Provide and receive complex, sensitive, or contentious information.
  • Develop a working environment and culture that actively improves health, safety, and security.
  • Keep accurate records and update records when needed.
  • Ensure a high standard of patient care is maintained throughout.

Who We're Looking For

  • You will hold a Diploma or Degree in Radiography and be registered with the HCPC.
  • General X-rays/Fluoroscopy/Theatre experience.
  • I.V cannulation competent.
  • You will need to possess strong communication skills and have a good standard of IT.
  • Previous experience within private healthcare is desirable but not essential.
  • Have good communication skills.
  • Mammography with a mammography accreditation certificate is desirable.
