Our mission is to positively improve healthcare through the power of entrepreneurship.

Through our venture capital fund, we invest in promising healthcare startups. Through our venture studio, we help launch and support new healthcare companies. Through our marketing agency, we help healthcare startups grow their visibility, credibility, and market presence. Through our free online community, we provide education, resources, and connections for people interested in healthcare innovation, healthcare investing, and entrepreneurship.

We believe some of the most important healthcare solutions will come from mission-driven founders who understand real problems in care delivery, access, affordability, operations, technology, and patient outcomes. Healthcare Shares exists to help identify, support, and scale those companies while creating opportunities for healthcare professionals and investors to participate in the future of healthcare innovation.

About the Role: Radiologist Advisor

As a Radiologist Advisor, you will provide clinical, operational, and strategic insight to help Healthcare Shares evaluate, support, and grow healthcare startups within our venture capital fund, venture studio, and broader healthcare entrepreneurship ecosystem. This is a flexible, remote advisory opportunity for radiologists who are passionate about improving diagnostic accuracy, imaging access, workflow efficiency, patient outcomes, affordability, and innovation through entrepreneurship.

Reasons to use Rodeo

Iโ€™m in my final year doing Economics and I donโ€™t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer โ€” it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) donโ€™t need a masters. Letโ€™s look at the ones youโ€™d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet โ€” that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
