Radiology Administrator (Bank)

As a Radiology Administrator in our Diagnostic Imaging Department at our Oxford Hospital, you’ll provide knowledgeable administrative and practical support to nursing and clinical staff, to standards and timescales required whilst using empathy and customers service skills to build relationships. Through great communication and IT skills.

Ideally, you have experience of working in healthcare administration.

As a Radiology Administrator, you will:

  • Manage, appraise, and interpret data, information and/or situations.
  • Handle all enquiries, or queries raised efficiently and effectively, escalating appropriately where necessary.
  • Ensure all data/information is entered, modified, maintained and presented accurately and efficiently using the appropriate electronic or manual system and format.
  • Provide a customer-orientated information service for patients, visitors, consultants and staff.
  • Participate in departmental strategies that reflect Nuffield Health brand, the Nuffield Health way of caring, goals and objectives.
