Radiology Booking Administrator

  • Hours: 25 per week
  • Type: Permanent
  • Salary: £25,760 - £27,476 per annum (pro rata)
  • Closing Date: Friday, 10th July 2026
  • Interview Date: Tuesday, 4th August 2026 (TBC)

Key Responsibilities

  • Appointment Management: Provide a professional Radiology booking service, including cover for other appointment clerks.
  • Referral Scheduling:
    • Schedule radiological referrals to the correct modality to prevent lost capacity in sessions.
    • Maintain an open short-notice list with patient contact details to maximise available space.
  • Patient Communication: Call patients within 7 days of their appointment to confirm timing.
  • Systems Usage: Fluent in Soliton and Lorenzo booking platforms.
