Radiology Booking Clerk
Booking Coordinator – Radiology & Outpatient Department (South Warwickshire NHS FT)
We are seeking a highly motivated, reliable, and enthusiastic Booking Coordinator capable of working independently, prioritising tasks, and collaborating within a fast-paced team—especially in high-pressure environments.
While booking experience is desirable, it is not mandatory; full training will be provided. Essential requirements include:
- Excellent telephone manner and ability to handle diverse requests professionally and calmly.
- Capability toRotation between roles as required, including potential reception duty outside the booking office.

Key Responsibilities
You will manage the patient appointment booking service, including:
- Radiology examinations
- Outpatient department appointments
- Rotation covering various imaging modalities across theTrust.
