Office block / hotel
DPP have been appointed by Legal & General Investment Management to prepare, submit and manage a planning application for the development of a 19,700 sqm office block and 280-bed 4-star hotel at the former HMRC site in the heart of Salford.
This site is part of the wider Salford Central Masterplan, located on a one-acre site on the banks of the River Irwell. DPP has been providing strategic planning advice to the English Cities Fund for the Salford Central Masterplan since 2006 and has been instrumental in evolving the original vision into a viable and deliverable planning permission.
